Warren has been in the insurance industry since 2000, holding positions as an Operational Underwriter at Comminsure and as an insurance broker in various brokerages before commencing with Reliance Partners in 2015. His approach to protecting businesses against risk stems from the high level of importance he places on building meaningful relationships with his clients.
Establishing trust and genuinely understanding the client’s business allows Warren to make informed and accurate recommendations, providing a sense of security and confidence to support their business. Having lived in the Baulkham Hills area since 1978, Warren has strong ties to the local community.

Garron Pannan - Senior Broker
Garron is a seasoned insurance professional, bringing over 25 years of experience across both underwriting and insurance broking. His career began in Sydney, where he spent 15 years underwriting for several major insurers, including Zurich, Vero, Chubb, and Allianz, throughout the 1990s and 2000s. This foundational experience equipped him with an in-depth understanding of risk assessment and the nuances of the insurance industry.
In 2014, Garron returned to his hometown of Tamworth, NSW, where he established and successfully operated his own insurance broking firm for the next decade. Joining Reliance Partners in 2024, Garron brings a rare and valuable perspective to the team, having worked extensively on both sides of the negotiation table — as an underwriter assessing risk, and as a broker advocating for his clients.
Operating out of Tamworth while servicing a wide range of rural and metropolitan clients, Garron is committed to delivering ethical advice, personalised client service, and good old-fashioned country values. His ability to balance technical expertise with a strong client-first approach ensures that his clients feel confident, secure, and well-supported in protecting their businesses and assets.
